This week the tooling will begin on a one piece fiberglass lower windshield trim. This part will help to clean up the lower windshield area by combing all three OE plastic parts into one smooth and continuous part. Many of the OE plastic parts get damaged when being removed during windshield replacement or when accessing the ECU. This part will only be offered in fiberglass and not in carbon fiber due to the high tooling cost that carbon fiber requires. A carbon fiber wrapped version can be special ordered.
