Shipping/Delivery

HANDLING:

Many of our parts are made to order like all of the fiberglass and carbon fiber parts. Please read the product descriptions on the website for details on how long it will take. Please understand these are only estimates that can be affected by how many orders we have ahead of your order.

For the OE replacement parts and other items that aren’t made to order, the handling time is 2-3 days. 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All of our products are available for shipping within the US.

Smaller orders typically ship with USPS First Class or Flat Rate shipping.

Larger orders ship with UPS or FedEx Ground.

Shipping costs range from $3 to $300 depending on the size of the order and location.

Delivery times vary from 2/3 days in the Western US to 4/5 days for Central and Eastern US.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship with USPS for all orders outside of the US unless specified different. Please read the product descriptions for shipping details for a specific part.

Some of the larger parts cannot be shipped outside of the US due to size restrictions with USPS.

Corrado 70mm and 90mm Urethane Spoilers ship with UPS worldwide.

Please read the product description carefully to see if that item can be shipped outside of the US. If you have any questions please contact support@spoonfedtuning.com.

Customers are responsible for all VAT/Import Taxes. Do not contact us to complain about VAT/Import Taxes.

Shipping costs range from $15 for smaller items to $65-$165 for larger items/orders.

Delivery times for Priority shipping are 6-10 days. First Class mail 10-18 days.

We also offer USPS Express shipping upon request and additional cost. Delivery time is 3-5 days. Contact support@spoonfedtuning.com for pricing.

ALL ORDERS DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION BY EMAIL ONCE THE ORDER SHIPS

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If the parts are damaged upon opening the package DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX AND PACKING MATERIAL. Contact us immediately with detailed information and pictures of the damage. All shipments are insured with the carrier and they will need to inspect the damaged part, box, and packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and they will pick up the damaged item for inspection.

Domestic claims within the US with UPS typically take 2-3 weeks to process. USPS within the US can take longer.

International claims are handled between USPS and your postal service so they can take 2-3 weeks or longer.

DO NOT INSTALL THE DAMAGED PART, MODIFY THE DAMAGED PART, OR PAINT THE DAMAGED PART. IF YOU DO THEN YOU OWN IT.
